At Masterpiece Lighting in Atlanta, we’re dedicated to helping people find the perfect lighting solutions for their homes and businesses, but we know that during difficult times such as this coronavirus pandemic, it’s important to recognize what is most important. First and foremost, the health and safety of our community — our employees, customers, and partners — is our top priority. We’ve been closely monitoring the situation and following the guidance of public health experts. We know the COVID-19 situation is presenting many challenges for everyday needs, and we want to provide you with the best support we can.
For example, we are happy to help you make purchase decisions over the phone or through our website, then deliver them to your car in our parking lot so you do not need to come inside the store. We are happy to do this at either of our two retail locations or our warehouse distribution center. Let our sales associate know. We are happy to accommodate you and keep you safe.
As of now, our showrooms are operating with normal business hours, but with reduced staff in compliance with the Mayor’s order effective midnight, March 24, 2020, for 14 days. We supply essential businesses with products required for them to operate. We are able to work remotely, answer your calls, check stock, and process orders. Most of our suppliers are still shipping, with zero shipping charges. Our team is here to help any way they can. We ask that you exercise caution when going out, and if you’re feeling sick, that you stay home and wait to visit one of our locations. You can still access our online catalog 24/7 to view lighting and home decor products, and our support team is available via phone or email to answer your questions. You can also contact us online and a member of our team will respond as soon as possible.
The entire Masterpiece family is committed to helping you get the service you deserve. We know that routines and habits have to change during a crisis such as this, but it’s also good to think about what normalcy we can find as we all rearrange our plans and expectations for the foreseeable future.
